The CARRIER and TOHHIBA heat pumps are divided into monobloc and split type. They have variable speed compressors and have high C.O.P. They can be used in Floor Heating and Cooling applications , also in Heating and Cooling with Water Terminal Units (F.C.U S) and in Heating with Heaters.

The BOSCH Heat Pumps are split type. They have variable speed compressors, quiet operation and high C.O.P. They are divided into 2 categories.
COMPRESS 3000 with cooling connection between indoor and outdoor unit and COMPRESS 6000 with hydraulic connection between indoor and outdoor units.
Their applications are in Heating – Cooling, Cooling and Hot Water Production.

Heat Pumps are called like this because they “pump” heat from a cold source (outside in winter or chilled space. Because they “impose” a heat flow from the cooler to the warmest environment, which is opposed to the “natural flow” of heat (which is from the warmest to the cooler), they require the consumption of a small amount of energy (usually electrical) to conserve their operation.

Heating for domestic applications. An alternative heating solution. Toshiba’s air-to-water heat pumps are the ideal solution for increasing energy savings, as they use air as the primary energy source. This all in one system is designed to provide the right temperature for heating, hot water production and the added advantage of air conditioning during the summer months.
